About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction, business, or a related field.
• Strong communication, time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
• Experience with project management budget management and planning.
• Adept at using computer and project management applications including Microsoft Office Suite.
• An understanding of basic accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project support.
• Facilitate reporting on projects, tracking change orders, and application for payments.
• Set up and update new project templates and information, timelines, and weekly reports.
• Ensure all client regulations, approvals, reports, and compliance are up to date with each project.
• Assist in coordinating approvals and checklists with each project.
