About The Position

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, project coordination, or administrative roles (required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to stay organized under pressure.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Strong computer and software skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the insurance, restoration, or reconstruction industry (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with TPAs is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the restoration and reconstruction process.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate between customers, insurance adjusters, TPAs (Third Party Administrators), subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects on track.
  • Schedule appointments, follow up on project timelines, and ensure clear communication with all parties.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and project records.
  • Proactively resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish.
