About The Position

Under general supervision, the Project Coordinator will assist in collecting unpaid toll amounts by supporting in-person and virtual Administrative Hearings, preparing reports, and entering defendant PII into tracking systems for active cases. Individuals in this role will be responsible for coordinating payments with toll road users, supporting collection projects, analyzing data sets, and preparing evidence for multi-vehicle lawsuits. Additional responsibilities include assisting with record requests, verifying ownership details through databases, and handling administrative tasks such as mailing, printing, and refining Standard Operating Procedures. The Project Coordinator is expected to possess strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, attention to detail, proficiency with various software and database systems, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a directly related field from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or related work involving task tracking, reporting, and communication across teams.
  • OR Associate's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a directly related field from an accredited college or university and four (4) years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or related work involving task tracking, reporting, and communication across teams.
  • OR High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent from an accredited educational institution and six (6) years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or related work involving task tracking, reporting, and communication across teams.
  • Must possess a valid Texas Driver License.

Responsibilities

  • Supports collection efforts for multi-vehicle lawsuits by preparing evidence exhibits through building and executing queries in proprietary software and by compiling, reviewing, validating, and summarizing large data sets generated from those queries.
  • Assists with in-person and virtual administrative hearings three (3) to four (4) times a week.
  • Prepares periodic reports and enters information, including defendant personally identifiable information (PII), into database systems and spreadsheets to support the accurate tracking and management of several hundred active cases.
  • Reviews images in records and confirms ownership details using multiple skip-tracing and risk management databases. Provides support in the request and retrieval of records from various government agencies.
  • Meets with toll road users to coordinate payments and provide clear explanations regarding outstanding balances, ensuring a thorough understanding of the amounts due and available payment options.
  • Performs administrative tasks, including mailing, printing, record organization, and continuous evaluation and enhancement of Standard Operating Procedures.
