Studio in a School (Studio) seeks enthusiastic, driven, organized, and collaborative Project Coordinators to support the Bloomberg Arts Internship: College Program. The ideal candidate for this position possesses an interest in both visual and performing arts education, career preparation, and a strong background in program facilitation, project coordination, data management, and event coordination. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment is crucial, as is the willingness to travel weekly to visit internship sites and facilitate pre-planned events within your city. This is a non-exempt, non-union position, reporting to the Program Manager, Arts Intern College and the Associate Program Manager, Bloomberg Arts Internship: College Program. This position also supports in supervising and mentoring a cohort of interns. About Studio in a School Studio in a School fosters the creative and intellectual development of young people through quality visual arts programs, directed by professional artists, arts and cultural internships, and apprentice-based learning in the arts. The organization also collaborates with and develops the ability of those who provide or support arts programming and creative development for young people both in and outside of schools. About the Bloomberg Arts Internship: College Program The Bloomberg Arts Internship: College Program provides exciting and challenging paid summer internships to college students within arts and cultural organizations. The program launched in the summer of 2024 in four cities: New York, Boston, Baltimore, and Philadelphia. Based on this early success, the program expanded to include Washington, D.C. in the summer of 2025.
