About The Position

To provide full-time support on newly awarded projects the Region 8 Prevention Technology Transfer Center (PTTC), Arkansas SOR4, and Block grant with assignments in scheduling webinars, planning travel, and registering participants, sending out certificates, facilitating project meetings, data collection, and other tasks as assigned. This position is grant funded and considered at-will employment.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in a related field
  • 1 year work-related experience is preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the Driving for University Business SAP.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling, registration, and participant communications for T/TA offerings. Provide supports to Project Coordinator and Director in developing or modifying project goals, objectives, and activities while maintaining accountability and record keeping system. Assist with other projects as assigned.
  • Attend all webinars that PTTC Region 8 hosts. Create and deliver post training materials including mailing out certificates. Organize and file all digital documents including but not limited to spreadsheets, notes, reports, PowerPoint Presentations, and training videos.
  • Represent Wyoming or the University at grant functions or other meetings and events which may include reporting on projects, planning collaborations with other project professionals, and evaluating projects, as directed.
  • Manage updates to the PTTC website, newsletters, and social media platforms to promote resources and events. Correspond to PTTC Region 8 email inquiries and send out updates and announcements as needed. Coordinate travels, meeting venues, and related logistics.
  • Assist the Project Coordinator in developing and implementing the annual Training and Technical Assistance (T/TA) workplan. Assist the Fellows Coordinator in advertising and distributing Fellow job announcements across Region 8.
  • Support coordination with the Educational Development Center (EDC) and other regional partners to align collaborative activities.
  • Organize and support activities of the SOR IV evaluations. This includes planning focus groups, organizing data collection systems, editing materials, planning travel, and working with clients.
  • May perform additional special assignments.
