Requirements

  • Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently and juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word (experience with calendar and event coordination a plus)
  • Prior internship or administrative support experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive, self-starting attitude
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Fast learner who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Maintain internal and client calendars, including blocking time and monitoring scheduling changes
  • Send meeting requests and manage calendar invites, including out-of-office updates
  • Keep project team resourcing documentation up to date
  • Maintain a shared calendar with key info: team’s onsite presence, out-of-office schedules, large team events, and leadership team meetings
  • Support planning and logistics for team events, including venue booking, catering coordination, and RSVP tracking
  • Support in ad-hoc coordination activities with Partner Operations Analyst and project delivery teams
