About The Position

The Project Coordination Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the successful execution of Salesforce and case management projects. This position ensures seamless collaboration across global teams, manages stakeholder communication, and drives user adoption through training and documentation. You will coordinate UAT sessions, develop SOPs, and monitor project progress to maintain efficiency and accuracy. The role also involves creating internal knowledge resources, documenting workflows, and providing actionable feedback to improve systems and processes. By facilitating communication, process improvement, and project alignment, you will directly contribute to operational excellence and client satisfaction in a dynamic, remote-working environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in project coordination, case management, or related fields.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
  • Proficient in creating documentation, SOPs, training assets, and workflow diagrams.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive in identifying process improvements.
  • Familiarity with UAT processes, project workflows, analysis, and reporting.
  • High School Diploma / GED required; additional education or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Salesforce and case management projects, ensuring alignment across global teams.
  • Schedule and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including instructions, testing scripts, and reporting.
  • Respond to stakeholder queries and provide regular project updates.
  • Develop training materials, SOPs, process guides, and workflow documentation to drive user adoption.
  • Monitor system issues, outages, and feedback, escalating and addressing concerns as needed.
  • Design and maintain internal team websites, documenting processes, site maps, and workflows.
  • Gather user feedback and analyze satisfaction surveys to identify improvement opportunities.
