Position Summary In your role as a Project Controls Supervisor within the Infra Technology Construction Department, you'll work with a talented group of professionals focused on supporting a multi-billion new build semiconductor manufacturing facility in Taylor, TX. You'll work to manage the program level budget and integrated schedule while ensuring that best practices are being used by all of our construction partners. Role and Responsibilities Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of direct construction project controls experience in an industrial setting.
  • Education: 4-year degree from an accredited university (Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration).
  • Technical Skills: Professional-level knowledge of Primavera P6 for managing CPM schedules.
  • Field Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret design plans, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to explain technical content to stakeholders at various levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications: PMP or AACE certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of individual contributors, providing career development support and ensuring the team meets organizational goals.
  • Program Oversight: Track and monitor critical paths and budget across multiple ongoing construction projects
  • Cost & Schedule Control: Review and approve scope change order requests and schedule re-baselines, and review cost and schedule forecasts for accuracy
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks to personnel, production, or finance throughout all phases of project delivery.
  • Field Verification: Perform regular site walks to verify that the schedules reported by contractors match actual field progress.
  • Reporting: Present project status and team performance metrics to department and executive management.
