About The Position

Job Title: Project Controls Support Job Status: 5 full-time, exempt positions Job Location: Work shall be conducted at the Hanford Field Office (HFO) and the Hanford Site in Richland, WA. Citizenship Status: U.S. citizen Security Clearance: Public Trust Compensation: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 - compensation based on relevant educational background, years of work-related professional experience, consulting/oversight experience and technical and operational skills knowledge and application.

Requirements

BS/BA (or AA, MS, MBA, PhD, etc.) degree in engineering, science or business management
Eight years of experience may be substituted for BS/BA degree
14+ years of directly applicable successful experience consulting or contributing on complex projects, including providing strategic, management, technical or business assistance to significant projects or programs in a senior capacity and/or as a consultant
Experience with researching and navigating complex federal regulations

Nice To Haves

Comprehensive understanding of the Hanford Site mission, activities and priorities
In-depth knowledge of US Department of Energy (DOE) Hanford processes and procedures
Proficient in DOE’s program management practices, policies and procedures
Senior-level experience in the following areas: Quantity Development Package process in Bechtel National Inc.'s (BNI’s) and Hanford Tank Waste Operations and Closure (H2C) estimating procedures Rate buildup including Project Services, Shared Services and fee within BNI Requests for Equitable Adjustment Hanford Site contractor forward pricing rates BNI and H2C contract Integration with other project controls functions including scheduling and risk management Cobra and Primavera 6 (P6) scheduling software
Familiarity with, or ability to quickly learn and utilize, various technology management tools used at Hanford
Exceptional communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office 365 Expert-level proficiency in MS Word and Excel
