Requirements

  • 5+ years supporting project lifecycle and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferred Engineering, Business, or Construction Management disciplines.

Nice To Haves

  • Intermediate to advance knowledge with various software and platforms: Microsoft Excel, SAP, SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and Maximo.
  • Experience with cost estimating and project closeout.
  • Experience with documenting procedures, guidelines, and processes.
  • Previous supervisory experience leading a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Project Controls team members, providing direction and feedback.
  • Oversee training and development of team members.
  • Support hiring process as needed.
  • Coordinate preparation of and review of various deliverables, including progress and performance reports with weekly, monthly, and quarterly frequencies.
  • Ensure process guidelines are maintained and followed for consistency.
  • Lead process improvements within the Project Controls team and participate in cross departmental initiatives.
  • Provide quality control oversight on cost management deliverables.
  • Support Project Closeout and other Project Controls responsibilities.
