Job Description This position is a Project Controls department member primarily responsible for supporting and cost and commercial aspects of proposals in process. • Participate in the Monthly Sales Coordination Meeting • Interact with Sales Leads • Prepare Staffing Plans and Commercial Pricing Models for proposals • Identify improvements to work process • Support Proposal slides and writeups, especially regarding Project Controls • Support project needs related to New Awards. • Drive consistency and standardization in the proposal pricing process. • Collaborate with Sales and Proposal teams for best in class proposal product. • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and four (4) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to eight (8) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
  • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

Nice To Haves

  • EPC Experience
  • Experience in Commercial Analysis for a large-sized proposal
  • Experience in Accounting or Business Development
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally in support of business related matters
