About The Position

As a Project Controls Representative at Pantex, you will play a crucial role in coordinating various aspects of project management, including planning, scheduling, estimating, and reporting. This position involves significant interaction with Project Managers and team members to ensure projects remain on track, within budget, and compliant with requirements. You will be responsible for performing variance analysis, preparing reports, and facilitating communication among team members and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree, or eight or more years of relevant experience.
• High level of proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Proficiency with Microsoft software applications, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of project controls practices and principles, including work breakdown structure development and critical path analysis.
• Ability to resolve complex issues and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and strong working knowledge of SAP.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
• Ability to effectively facilitate meetings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, scheduling, estimating, monitoring, and reporting on multiple project scopes.
• Perform schedule, cost, and resource variance analysis.
• Prepare cost and schedule reports and conduct effective trending processes.
• Ensure data integrity and configuration control for assigned projects.
• Facilitate internal team communications and meetings.
• Assist with customer interactions and track project management deliverables.
• Present project management status to internal or external customers.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for program planning and project execution.
