About The Position

ProSidian Seeks a Project Controls/Project Management Analyst [DOE0085084] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington Across The Pacific Northwest Region supporting DOE EM Hanford which is a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. We seek Project Controls/Project Management Analyst [DOE0085084] candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Oversight And General Support Services Under Job Task Category 04 Assistant Manager for River and Plateau (AMRP) Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - General Support Services (GSS) For Hanford Field Office (HFO) Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years project controls/EVMS experience; DOE project experience preferred.
• BS in Engineering/Business; PMP/EVP preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Primavera P6, EVMS tools, risk analysis, reporting.
• Strong analytical rigor, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop/maintain schedules, EVMS reporting, risk integration, performance reporting.
• Monitor project performance, integrating variance analyses, maintaining performance data files.
• Assist in risk evaluations and provide scheduling support to ensure project compliance and effectiveness.
• Support reviews, manage risks and schedules, assist with budget and lifecycle planning.
• Provide informed recommendations to Division Directors and Field Project Directors.
