The Project Controls Manager at Copart is responsible for overseeing property acquisitions from concept through construction turnover.   • Prepare work scopes and budgets for project execution and participate in project execution planning.

  • Lead project teams in project study, design, and construction.

  • Bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited college or university in Construction Management or Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in project controls, with a strong focus on land development projects.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling and cost control software, including AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Monday.com, and Primavera P6.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with roads, stormwater, water distribution, land development, and commercial buildings.
