About The Position

At Enclos, we design, engineer, fabricate, and install custom facade systems for some of the most iconic buildings in the country. Our team transforms architectural vision into reality, delivering high-performance enclosure solutions that define skylines and shape the built environment. We're searching for a Project Controls Manager to lead the financial management, reporting, and compliance efforts that support our complex facade projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate project financials, cost performance, and contract compliance from project launch through closeout.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, engineering, construction management or related field.
  • Five to eight years of experience in construction or engineering project environments, with a focus on financial controls billings, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of project accounting principles, cost tracking, and variance analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex contracts and financial data.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and communicate financial information clearly and effectively.
  • Comfortable working in an independent, fast-paced environment where initiative, curiosity, and problem-solving drive success more than formal processes.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 20% to project sites and office locations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of project financial controls, including cost tracking, forecasting, billing, and variance analysis.
  • Partner with project management teams to develop and maintain accurate project budgets and projections.
  • Prepare and submit monthly billings ensuring alignment with contract terms and client requirements.
  • Perform monthly cost rollouts, audits, and financial reporting to track project performance.
  • Maintain detailed financial and vendor logs, update project forecasts, and support re-estimation efforts.
  • Lead compliance efforts for MBE/WBE/SBE requirements and serve as the project's primary point of contact for related reporting and coordination.
  • Oversee project documentation and records management, ensuring all financial and contractual records are properly maintained in Egnyte.
  • Support material tracking and inventory control for shop-stored materials and vendor-managed items.
  • Assist with audit preparation, insurance certifications, bond reconciliation, and other compliance-related activities during project execution and closeout.
  • Distributing and maintain necessary project documents. Ensure these documents are distributed to project teams, keep database maintained with incoming documents and store in appropriate Egnyte folder.
  • Ensure project closeout tasks are completed in accordance with project requirements, including warranties, O&M manuals, bond reconciliation, insurance certification, project status model, and archiving.
  • Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and perform work practices that are safe.
