As a Project Controls Manager, you will play a critical role in project oversight, execution, and team development. Key responsibilities include database administration, developing and maintaining project cost and schedules, helping establish and manage project risk with CAM/lead input, coordinating regular project status updates for project reporting, and leading and coordinating the project controls team. By effectively managing these areas, you will ensure projects stay on track, within budget, and meet their objectives.

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, Accounting, Finance, or Business
  • 8-10 Years of Related Experience
  • Proficiency with Primavera scheduling software
  • Experience working in Cobra or similar cost processor
  • Applied knowledge of Earned Value Management
  • Applied knowledge of cost engineering/cost control
  • Proficient in Microsoft products, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks within a high-pressure work site environment
  • Strong Analytical Skills to analyze project data and identify potential issues or opportunities
  • Problem-Solving Skills to develop creative solutions to challenges that arise during project execution
  • Communication Skills to effectively communicate with project team members, stakeholders, and clients
  • Technical skills in project management software (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project) and financial tools
  • Leadership Skills to motivate and guide the project controls team
