Owing to the complex nature of the works involved, this role will suit a Project Controls senior professional from a rail, aviation, highways or defense background with proven experience and understanding of the processes to be based in our New York Offices. Minimum of 5+ years of infrastructure program/project controls experience is required. Job Objectives: Delivering Project Controls across infrastructure projects in the Baltimore area. The Project Controls Lead will lead the program controls function for a program, monitoring for accuracy and consistency of plans, cost, safety, environment and performance reporting, and deploying available controls team resources to best effect. Turner & Townsend Project Controls Leads, establish effective control processes in compliance with the State and Federal Regulations and as directed by the Program Controller and maintain these at Territory / Project level.
