You’ll be responsible for: Lead safe, compliant, and high‑quality delivery while promoting inclusivity, wellbeing, and adherence to Mace’s Safety First values. Develop and implement PMO and Project Controls frameworks, strengthening service excellence and industry engagement. Manage cost, schedule, risk, change, and reporting processes, supporting long‑term strategic development. Mentor and develop teams, drive best practice, and support PMO resourcing and capability growth. You’ll need to have: Experienced in leading PMO and Project Controls across complex construction projects and multiple sectors. Proficient in risk, planning and reporting tools, including Primavera, Power BI and associated software. Strong communicator with stakeholder influence, relationship building, and presentation capability. Degree-qualified with relevant professional memberships and progress toward chartership or equivalent. The estimated salary for this position is $130,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
