AtkinsRéalis is a world-class engineering services and nuclear organization. For over 50 years, we’ve partnered with public and private clients across the U.S. to deliver infrastructure planning, engineering, construction, environmental consulting, urban planning, architecture, and program management. Our depth and breadth of expertise enables us to tackle the most technically complex and time-sensitive projects—driving innovation, resilience, and real-world impact where it matters most.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • Experience in Engineering Procurement (EP) or Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM).
  • Experience in mining projects, preferably large-scale CAPEX, highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management systems such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Aconex Cost, Power BI, and other data analysis tools.
  • Experience in planning and scheduling using Primavera P6.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired.
  • AACEI certifications such as Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) desired.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to deliver integrated project controls services.
  • Interface effectively with local clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Grow a local team to deliver project controls services across multiple mining projects.
  • Promote project management excellence to improve service quality and delivery.
  • Document local best practices on planning, cost controls, estimating and risk management and sharing with other offices.
