We're looking for Project Controls/Digital Delivery Data Analyst for our Life Science North America team who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients' business. Join us and you'll have the chance to work on projects including state of the art industrial and commercial facilities.

  • Develop visualizations scope requirements based on deep understanding of project and user needs.
  • Manage 4D model development and management in Bentley Synchro 4D Pro or equivalent software.
  • Utilize BIM model object and data property management via Revit and Navisworks.
  • Plan construction using Primavera P6.
  • Implement task automations via script functions related to 4D model development.
  • Create realistic construction simulations using rendering and animation software.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to promote successful outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • At least 10+ years of experience in industrial project delivery and/or construction management.
  • Knowledge of traditional and expedited construction sequencing and means/methods.
  • Experience in construction planning with Primavera P6.
  • Attention to detail and a high standard for quality of work.
  • High level of comfort and adeptness in learning new skills and software packages.
  • Background in project execution in the Life Sciences field.
  • Experience in or knowledge of reality capture methods and downstream data integrations.
  • Power BI and/or dashboarding experience.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for buildings and construction.
