About The Position
The Coordinator will serve as a liaison within the client facility in Geismar, LA. This position involves preparing and planning for outage jobs for the instrument and electrical department, obtaining vendor quotes, and reviewing them for purchase. The Coordinator will execute requisitions to various vendors through the SAP program and coordinate new projects between the project engineering department and the maintenance department. Additionally, the Coordinator will maintain the outage budget as it relates to the I/E department, coordinate project activities, and interact with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other project stakeholders. The role also requires active engagement in safety culture and adherence to onsite safety guidelines.
