About The Position

We are seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support all project controls functions across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with multiple departments to maintain and report on project status within the Projects Register and long‑range plans. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining projects and budgets in Ecosys, Maximo, and SAP; validating funding and cash flows; supporting work order, purchase request, and accrual activities; and coordinating with Finance, Controls Leads, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting. The position also supports management reporting, contractor evaluations, policy compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives, while helping ensure projects are properly tracked, funded, and closed in accordance with established controls processes.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (PSP, PMP, AACEi) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 8+ years in cost control.
  • Location: This position is based at a Client Site. Fridays may be work from home, with prior approval from the program manager. This role does not include relocation assistance. Candidates should reside within commuting distance of the work location or be willing to self‑relocate. 
  • Industry Requirements: This role will require all or some of the following requirements at time of hire or during employment
  • HHFT Safety Training and current card or ability to obtain.
  • Client Safety Training and current badge or ability to obtain.
  • TWIC Certification and current card or ability to obtain. TWIC card must be obtained prior to start date or start date may need to be adjusted.
  • Background screening including previous employment, education, criminal history, and driving record verification.
  • Participation in random drug and alcohol programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools in engineering workflows to improve efficiency, while maintaining responsible charge, code compliance, and accountability for final deliverables.
