  • Develop and maintain program schedules identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints for construction projects of various types.
  • Perform status updates for Program Schedules/Master Schedules on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure proper use of program-level standard codes, layouts and reports necessary to ensure data integrity
  • Effectively communicate with the project manager, design manager, and supporting divisions regarding all schedule/progress related matters and concerns in regular status meetings.
  • Serve as a liaison between project teams, department leadership and the program & project controls group.
  • Perform Critical Path analysis and Earned Value analysis.
  • Perform Program Schedule QA/QC reviews on a regular basis.
  • Prepare reports as needed and directed by Management.
  • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • 7-10 years professional experience in construction program management or public works project management
  • Proficiency with MS Project Online
  • Firm grasp of English language, both verbal and written
  • Formal knowledge of critical path method scheduling
  • Working knowledge of project management principles and how to apply them to program management
  • Familiarity with phases of a public works infrastructure project such as programming and planning, preliminary design, environmental document, final design, bid and award, construction, and post-construction
  • Knowledge of monthly progress reporting, including cost and schedule performance metrics
  • Ideal candidates will have five years public works project scheduling experience and a desire to advance a career in project controls or construction management
  • Familiarity with civil public works construction equipment, means and methods is a plus
  • Proficiency with PowerBI queries and reports is a plus
