About The Position

As the Project Controller, you will be responsible for the maintenance and integration of project plans and budgets, managing and tracking deliverables, and other business analysis requirements. The Project Controller is responsible for organizing and storing data effectively to ensure accurate reporting of program deliverables. The Project Controller is responsible for assisting the VP of Programs and the engineering team in managing the cost, schedule, and other company and program requirements. Why Rolls-Royce? Requirements

  • Associate degree with 4+ years of project management experience, OR Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of project management experience, OR Master’s degree, OR JD/PhD, OR 6+ years of project management experience in lieu of a degree
  • In order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident

Responsibilities

  • Coach control account managers on best schedule, budget, and forecast practices
  • Maintain accurate records/ paperwork and maintain the WBS and Program Logs
  • Report to Senior Management with schedule and budget related status and reports
  • Facilitate and participate in monthly reviews
  • Provide planning assistance to program managers as needed
  • Set-up and maintenance of all Program Specific CAM toolkits
  • Support the PM and CAMs in planning / replanning efforts and support the CAM in opening/closing charge numbers
