AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) Consult with clients, vendors, internal departments, and construction foremen to discuss project requirements, gather information, and resolve cost‑related issues. Prepare cost estimates used by management for project planning, organizing, and scheduling activities. Analyze blueprints, technical documents, and project specifications to develop detailed estimates for time, cost, materials, and labor. Collaborate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors to review and adjust cost estimates as project conditions evolve. Support project cost control activities, ensuring accurate tracking of expenditures against budgets. Assist Project Managers with financial data, reports, change tracking, and cost‑related decision‑making. Prepare and maintain cost reports, forecasts, and summaries for internal review. Utilize Excel and accounting platforms to track costs, validate data, and support financial reporting processes. Monitor project documentation to ensure updates in scope, materials, and labor are accurately reflected in cost estimates. Participate in cost review meetings, providing clear and organized reporting to support project performance evaluations. WHO WE ARE: We are a Service Provider company different from the rest.
