About The Position

We are ready now to lead the transformation of the nation’s brand-new air traffic control system—an ambitious initiative to enhance safety, improve reliability and security, reduce outages, decrease the total cost of ownership, and prepare the aviation system for the future by replacing aging infrastructure with modern technologies and state-of-the-art facilities. Candidates must be US Citizen located in the National Capital Region (NCR).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Finance/Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with P6 and MS-Project.
  • Cost and resource loading schedule, schedule updates.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Good Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Excel, skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in large-scale projects.
  • Familiarity with earned value management (EVM).

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, manage detailed project schedules within the Integrated Master Schedule.
  • Track changes due to scope modifications or unforeseen events.
  • Coordinate with Workstream Leads, Project team members and other Stakeholders to ensure work is completed on time.
  • Monitor alignment with program KPI, organizational goals and objectives.
  • Review baseline/execution schedule variances.
