About The Position

We are looking for a Project Control Analyst to join our EMD team! As a Project Control Analyst you will provide on-site project support and coordination to a complex contract, project, task(s) or business unit. Duties may include contract accounting and reporting, project schedule focus to management, tracking annual fiscal plans and monthly updates, payroll/personnel processing, maintenance and reporting, contract administration, purchasing, facility leasing and service administration. Maintains contract budgets, prepares contract-billing, estimates materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules. Location: Cheswick, PA.

Requirements

  • BS Degree (or equivalent) in relevant field from accredited institution.
  • Due to DoD requirements, candidates must be US citizens.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Security clearances and approvals.
  • Generally requires one to seven years of prior relevant experience.
  • Some exposure to manufacturing.
  • Experience with Oracle or other similar ERP system.
  • Ability to review data and analyze problems.
  • Ability to work as part of a team & with other functional groups.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in the preparation and analysis of program budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Analyzes program performance metrics and identifies trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborates with program managers to ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Supports the preparation and analysis of project financial and scheduling data and other complex contract, project or business-related tasks.
  • Prepares project cost and schedule baselines, weekly preparations of management financial reports in preparation of monthly program review.
  • Prepares and presents program status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key issues and recommendations.
  • Works on the analysis of budgeting and costs on the contract and associated reports and spending plans.
  • Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participates in audits and assists in the implementation of corrective actions as needed.
