About The Position

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Project Control Analyst to support our Huntsville, AL location. Responsibilities are as follows: Preparation of financial internal/external reports to include Annual Operating Plan, EACs/ETCs, WBS setup, charging practice. determinations, purchase requisitions, monitoring subcontractor costs, review/approve/track invoices, CFSRs, and prepare customer invoice backup documentation. Participates in the preparation of budgets for all contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analysis, such as funding profiles, revenue outlook, and variance analysis. The candidate must be able to multi-task and support multiple complex elements of the project efficiently and effectively. Interface with contract, subcontract, contract accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing organizations, pricing, as well as Program Managers, Corporate Line Management, and external customers. Review Request for Proposals (RFPs) and prepare pricing models.

Requirements

  • JAMIS accounting system experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in data tracking and researching
  • Ability to work productively under minimal supervision and follow instructions (oral and written).
  • Ideal candidate must be able to work cooperatively with others and maintain effective work relationships with all those contacted in the course of performing required duties.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and proprietary information
  • Other duties as assigned by the company CFO and management

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • A completed Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited university is required.
