Our team is looking to add a Project Controls Analyst to its team responsible for award winning projects. As a key member of our Project Management Team, you'll perform client management / interfacing / updates / presentations at all levels of management. You'll partner with Project Managers to ensure complete awareness of project cost, risks and provide alternative strategies for mitigation / opportunities. Jacobs Engineering Group utilizes advanced Enterprise System platforms and data analysis solutions to support service excellence. You'll have the opportunity to make a huge impact. Specifically, we'll look for you to thoroughly understand the principles of cost control and estimating. You will proactively monitor and communicate budget, actual status, and forecast costs/labor hours for projects. Using your expertise, you'll create client and internal status reports that effectively communicate schedule status and identify critical path. Additionally, there will be opportunities to develop and maintain productive cross-discipline relationships within the project team. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance/business or related field or equivalent years of related experience.
  • 3+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency and experience with P6 Primavera scheduling software.
  • Experience with Forecasting, Accruals, and Cost reporting.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other Financial software.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform client management, interfacing, updates, and presentations at all levels of management.
  • Partner with Project Managers to ensure complete awareness of project cost and risks.
