Job Description This role is an individual contributor position that provides technical and operational expertise in managing critical initiatives and vendor relationships in both corporate and government processing. The role is responsible for supporting operations groups including government lockbox services, overseeing third-party vendors, and assisting with onboarding new government programs through agencies or vendor partnerships. As a key contributor, you will drive process optimization, ensure compliance, and establish scalable workflows for new and existing clients. This position is designed to strengthen the team’s capabilities and enhance collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners. The ideal candidate will thrive in an evolving environment, bringing strong project management skills, operational insight, and the ability to build effective relationships across multiple functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities

  • Technical aptitude for understanding and improving operational applications

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize processes for lockbox and related operations as new clients are onboarded
  • Oversee vendor relationships
  • Collaborate with sales and relationship teams to support onboarding of new government work
  • Document processes and identify efficiency opportunities
  • Build reporting and tracking for vendor and internal services, depending on skill set
  • Interact with internal teams and external clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations and compliance
