Project Construction Manager
About The Position
The primary role of the Construction Manager is to oversee the concrete and steel erector subcontracts, as well as the Logistics, Engineering, Administration, Project Controls, Safety, and training teams associated with the subcontractors performing the surface construction. The main function is to ensure achievable weekly and monthly plans are being produced, and that the teams are executing these plans safely and efficiently on a shift-by-shift basis. The manager will be responsible for monitoring Weekly, Monthly, and KPI compliances daily and directing the supervisors to ensure focus is provided in the correct areas to achieve the targets.
