Within a team environment, this position will perform the following responsibilities: Provide Services to enrolled recipients (60%) Individualized Child and Family Centered Consultation (20%) Community Referrals (10%) Other: (10%) Participate in Reflective Supervision with FWB Director or designee . Participate in team meetings as directed by Program Manager Participate in administrative supervision with Program Manager Contribute to federal, state, and local reporting requirements. Comply with CA Mandated Child Abuse, Elder Abuse and Dependent Adult Abuse Reporting Laws Complete all related documentation within contract and Agency deadlines.
