Project-Based Display Installer
About The Position
Join our team as a project based Display Installer supporting major brands across Northern California. This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for someone who enjoys active work, team projects, and working in different store environments. Immediate openings for upcoming installation projects, with opportunities to continue on future projects for strong performers. We support multiple display installation projects throughout the year, providing regular opportunities for installers who perform well. You’ll help install displays and fixtures inside large national store locations, supporting brand launches and in-store updates. Footprint Solutions is a nationwide company and industry leader. Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday
- Willingness to travel to project locations, including occasional overnight assignments
- Smartphone access to use the Footprint Trax App
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card (DOT physical provided by Footprint Solutions for eligible drivers)
Responsibilities
- Install brand displays, fixtures, and in-store setups
- Follow planograms and installation instructions
- Complete display resets and merchandising projects
- Conduct store surveys and basic audits
- Work as part of a team, with some independent assignments
- Travel to multiple store locations across Northern California
- Interact professionally with store staff and management
