As a Project Assistant, your key responsibilities will be to support project management and operations teams through administrative and reporting functions, coordinate and maintain project systems and documentation, and provide exceptional customer service while contributing to a strong safety and quality culture. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of related administrative experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency is Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite at a job site
  • Travel to various projects across Pennsylvania required
