The Project Assistant for Mission Critical will be responsible for reviewing projects from start to finish to ensure compliant project documentation. This includes working in CMiC and PlanGrid to assess the quality of project documentation such as submittals, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and daily reports. The role involves developing an overview report to identify potential problem projects early on and collaborating with the Accounting department to identify areas of deficiencies. Additionally, the Project Assistant will work with the training department to identify key areas of training needs and assist in developing successful project guidelines, standards, and document management structures. The position requires day-to-day document management inspections across multiple projects and helping project teams set up successful projects based on metrics from document management oversight. The ideal candidate must be self-directed, detail-oriented, dependable, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
