The Project Manager I - Project Assistant (PMI-PA) will perform construction project management duties for the life cycle of a renovation, remodeling, or major repair project for the Supported Living Centers and State Hospitals. The PMI-PA will manage relationships with key stakeholders, create and/or collect, and deliver reports on deliverables, construction milestones and timelines to owners representatives. The position will review and advise on changes requested by the project owners, architects and contractors and will consider changes in budget, scope, and completion timelines during the execution of the contract.
