Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, bilingual (English & Mandarin) Project Assistant Intern to join our team. This role is a unique blend of essential operational support and strategic content development, requiring seamless coordination between our local operations and our team in China. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our databases and supporting the optimization of our content tagging system. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a genuine passion for vertical content, and maintains the highest standards of professional integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Interest in and frequent exposure to vertical content.

  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese.

  • Ability to work onsite in Sunnyvale, CA for 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Content Analysis & Taxonomy: Watch and analyze a high volume of vertical content to categorize and tag items per internal guidelines; ensure the total accuracy and effectiveness of the tagging system.
  • Database Management: Execute routine data entry and regular maintenance of internal databases to ensure 100% data integrity and real-time updates.
  • Bilingual Coordination: Serve as a primary communication bridge with the China-based team, facilitating seamless information flow and cross-border alignment in both English and Mandarin.
  • Operational Support: Provide flexible administrative support for evolving project needs.
