The Project Assistant assists the Leadership in the day to day operations to ensure safe and successful projects. This role involves a comprehensive understanding of and support for Company Core Values, as well as the conveyance of project paperwork, media, and maps between Leadership, Teams, and Clients. The Project Assistant will also assist in maintaining inventory of equipment and parts, collecting and distributing equipment and supplies to teams and vendors, and performing minor mechanical maintenance on small engines and equipment. Additional responsibilities include periodic cleaning of equipment or shop, data entry of field conditions into GIS, and creating maps or performing reconnaissance of job sites.
