The Project Architect role at a reputable Architecture and Design Firm in Clinton, Illinois, involves overseeing architectural projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects from start to finish.
• Consult with clients to create and present interior design concepts.
• Define project requirements and develop design criteria.
• Schedule, estimate, and plan project timelines and budgets.
• Utilize software to design, sketch, and provide drawings of proposed projects.
• Develop professional client relationships and enhance client development skills.
• Demonstrate leadership and build relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture required.
• 3-5+ years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects.
• Illinois Architectural license required.
• Proficiency in Revit is required; AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong technical, code, and detailing skills for quality documentation.
• Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment.
• Proactive written and verbal communication skills.
