Requirements
- 3–6 years of architectural experience, with interiors focus
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience advantageous
- Strong eye for detail and documentation standards
- Understanding of NYC permitting and compliance processes
Responsibilities
- Produce construction-ready drawing sets and technical details
- Support consultant and contractor coordination across all phases
- Contribute to DOB compliance documentation and landlord packages
- Develop experience in high-quality office interiors and adaptive reuse projects
