About The Position

We are seeking a project architect who will assist in schematic design drawings, architectural site plans, full construction drawings, coordinating with engineers, verifying existing conditions, as-built drawings, site investigation reports, etc. Although not required, this experience would provide an ideal opportunity for a candidate seeking Architectural licensure.

Requirements

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
• Understanding of Model Code Requirements
• Strong Coordination / Communication Skills
• Availability to travel to pre-construction & construction sites
• 5+ years of experience in an architecture role
• Bachelors or Masters in Architecture, preferably from an accredited program

Nice To Haves

• Pursuing licensure or licensed (a plus)

Responsibilities

• Production of Construction Drawings
• Architectural Site Plans
• Complete Site Investigation Reports for a variety of projects
