Requirements

Minimum 6 years of US architectural project experience with experience in mid-rise wood construction.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Self-driven – you don’t wait to be asked.

Responsibilities

Produce and coordinate high-quality Construction Documents in Revit.
Think critically, not just draft — identify conflicts, risks, and opportunities.
Spot issues before they become RFIs or redlines.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Team Leaders, and consultants.
Make informed decisions and take initiatives.
Help improve how we document, coordinate, and deliver work.
Set goals and actively work toward your next career step.
