About The Position

MHTN Architects is seeking a passionate Project Architect or Project Manager to lead educational projects in the Kindergarten, Elementary, and Secondary school (K-12) spaces. If you have a knack for managing multiple small to medium projects and coordinating all aspects of project efforts, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring schedules, budgets, and scopes of work are met to the client's satisfaction. Lead project-related discussions and delegate tasks effectively to team members. Actively manage client budgets, schedules, programs, project communications, documentation, office administrative tasks, and team assignments. Estimate fees, determine scopes of work, and prepare proposals and contracts. Oversee all phases of the design process, from schematic design to construction administration, ensuring exceptional quality and service.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with building and accessibility codes and regulatory standards.
  • Creative and forward-thinking mindset with a solid understanding of engineering systems, equipment, technology requirements, and detailing.
  • Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong foundation in architecture and a passion for educational projects.
  • 6+ years of experience as a full-time architect

Nice To Haves

  • Architecture License preferred.
