Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.Job Purpose and ImpactThe Project and reliability Supervisor will coordinate the overall technical engineering of build projects that are operationally efficient. In this role, you will supervise a team that executes a variety of medium complex activities with a focus on the detailed engineering design over a project lifecycle.Key Accountabilities Supervise the execution of the area design packages in compliance with regulatory codes, area standards and specific technology needs. Develop the area scope of work to ensure project objectives, selecting, managing and directing the external service providers. Coordinate the development of the area estimates to track progress against estimates. Provide input from area disciplines and subject matter authorities to support the design to ensure it meets the specific needs of the business. Partner with regional and global leadership to identify work process enhancements. Other duties as assigned Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum one year of directly related work experience
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Nice To Haves

  • Experience partnering with third party resources to deliver business results
  • Knowledge of environmental health and safety standards and international standards and codes related to build projects and construction safety
  • One year of supervisory experience
