About The Position

Project and Installation Manager The Opportunity: As a project and installation manager, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced project and installation manager who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Navy communications systems. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review and develop requirements and project schedule. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project and having regular interactions with subcontractors, clients, and internal stakeholders. The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience commutations systems development
  • 2+ years of experience with technical project management delivery
  • 2+ years of experience with System Operation Verification Test (SOVT) creation and update efforts
  • Experience with the engineering design release process
  • Experience with project finance with installation forecasting
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Ability to identify, manage, and communicate project risks to project stakeholders and assist with managing project scope, schedule, and budget for all elements of a project
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with program leadership and stakeholders to drive the delivery of scheduled milestones
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

  • Experience working with subcontractors or vendors
  • Experience working with suppliers and managing product delivery to a set of requirements
  • Ability to function independently as a self-starter and apply problem resolution skills to manage work efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
