ProSidian Seeks a Project and Contract Management Specialist [DOE0084083] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington Across The Pacific Northwest Region supporting DOE EM Hanford which is a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. We seek Project and Contract Management Specialist [DOE0084083] candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Oversight And General Support Services Under Job Task Category 04 Assistant Manager for River and Plateau (AMRP) Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - General Support Services (GSS) For Hanford Field Office (HFO) Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

  • Develop solicitations, evaluate proposals, support awards, administer contracts, ensure FAR/DEAR compliance.
  • Coordinate contract change packages, analyze contract change requests, track deliverables, maintain project files, facilitate meetings, and support invoice reviews.
  • Prepare and coordinate contract change packages, administer contract correspondence, facilitate meetings, support task order efforts, and manage financial and structural aspects to ensure effective project execution.
  • 5–8+ years federal procurement/contract support; DOE experience preferred.
  • BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; certifications desirable.
  • Experience in Environmental Management Sector and Project and Contract Management.
  • Proficiency in contract administration, cost/price analysis, compliance, Excel, SharePoint.
