The Strategy & Business Transformation department is seeking a Project & Change Management Consultant to support key initiatives within the organization. This position reports to the Head of Project & Change Management and works closely with team members to assist in the coordination and execution of projects and change management activities. In this role, you will help manage project tasks, maintain documentation, and support stakeholder communications to ensure smooth implementation of business process and technology changes. You will contribute to change management efforts by assisting with readiness assessments, communication planning, and tracking adoption progress. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
