About The Position

The Strategic Investment Research Group (SIRG), a part of PGIM Global Wealth, consists of Portfolio Consulting Services, Portfolio Construction, and Trade, Operations & Technology. SIRG was founded over 30 years ago to serve the Prudential Financial wealth management divisions. Today, SIRG provides services to a wide range of the Prudential Financial businesses, ranging from basic research and reporting to full-service platform consulting and discretionary multi-manager portfolio management. SIRG provides research to platforms with over $503 billion in assets and serves as portfolio managers to over $98 billion in assets. The Portfolio Construction team is accountable for asset allocation portfolios and model portfolios.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business (Accounting or Finance preferred)
  • Ability to work in a team environment and individually
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive; willingness and strong desire to learn
  • Microsoft 365 product suite
  • Project management experience
  • Business analyst experience
  • Experience with JIRA software
  • Experience in the investment industry

Responsibilities

  • Handle and track day to day inquiries from the SIRG team
  • Product owner and liaison between the SIRG team and internal and external applications and technology teams
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of SIRG applications
  • Project Management and business analyst responsibilities
  • Process efficiency and evaluation implementation
  • New product launch set up in various applications
