About The Position

We are looking for a talented individual… To join our team as a Project Analyst. In this role you will support the delivery of an innovative commercial new construction energy efficiency program. This role plays a critical part in driving program success by supporting field teams, managing projects from enrollment through close‑out, leading project and process workflows, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The Project Analyst partners closely with Outreach Managers and field staff, serves as a subject matter expert on complex program topics, and ensures accurate documentation, data reporting, and adherence to program requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and communication skills, thrives in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities, and is motivated to learn and grow within energy efficiency program delivery. This is a remote position requiring candidates to be based in Southern Oregon.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer‑facing or customer service role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail‑oriented problem solver with a creative, solutions‑focused mindset.
  • Effective communicator with strong teamwork and leadership capabilities.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and grow within the role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • An understanding and familiarity of Southern Oregon communities.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in energy efficiency programs is a strong asset.
  • Post‑secondary education preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support Outreach Managers with project management, application review, field coordination, and customer communications.
  • Lead trainings and continuous education efforts, reviewing work quality and monitoring project and process timelines.
  • Track, analyze, and report program data to support management decision‑making.
  • Review technical materials and compile, validate, and maintain complete and compliant project documentation.
  • Independently manage elements of the project pipeline, data organization, and storage with strong attention to detail.
  • Ensure adherence to CLEAResult and client systems, tools, and protocols.
  • Participate in team meetings, providing updates and driving action‑item follow‑through.
  • Deliver internal and external training on web‑based application tools.
  • Identify and support cross‑team process improvements and assist with implementation.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and help resolve project or performance issues with program leadership.
  • Coordinate with and support field staff as needed.
