About The Position

VetsEZ is seeking a skilled Project Analyst / Project Manager to support a government IT contract. This role will be part of a team specializing in system network infrastructure and will require close coordination with the government Project Manager and external technical leads to ensure high-quality deliverables and successful project outcomes. The candidate must reside within the continental US.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of experience.
Proven experience as a Project Analyst or Project Manager supporting government IT contracts.
Strong knowledge and experience with system network infrastructure projects.
Hands-on experience with SAFe/Agile frameworks and practices.
Exceptional communication, organization, and coordination skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Nice To Haves

PMP, SAFe, or Agile certification is preferred.
existing clearance is a plus
Experience in SAFe/Agile Software Development.
Experience working in the federal government IT space.
Familiarity with VA environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for project coordination between the contractor team and the government Project Manager.
Oversee, track, and report on project deliverables and work products to ensure compliance with contract requirements and timelines.
Coordinate with external technical leads and stakeholders to align project objectives and technical solutions.
Support and implement SAFe/Agile methodologies, including planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as necessary.
Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status reports to both internal and government stakeholders.
Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project.
